MoeExpress was founded by Mohammed Khalil, a lifelong driver whose journey began far from the cobblestone streets of Charleston.

Born in Port Said, Egypt, Mohammed built his career behind the wheel, earning a reputation for patience, reliability, and professionalism long before ever starting a company of his own.

After moving to Charleston in 2013, he quickly fell in love with the city’s warmth and charm. Drawing on more than 25 years of driving experience, Mohammed founded MoeExpress in 2017, guided by one simple belief, that every guest deserves a ride defined by comfort, courtesy, and care.

Today, MoeExpress continues to serve Charleston’s residents and visitors with that same dedication, one ride, one guest, one mile at a time.
